Welcome to Better Day Party Rentals, please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions before renting our games.  By accessing our website and making the most of our services, you're not just having fun, you're also agreeing to play by the rules. So, let's check out the details below!

Available payment methods at this time are cash, CashApp or Venmo. We are working on other forms of payment as well. Purchases must be paid in FULL prior to the event. Picture ID is required for all rentals. 

To ensure efficient handling of cancellations and refunds, please note that all cancellations MUST BE IN WRITING via betterdaypartyrentals@gmail.com as soon as possible. The sooner we are informed, the more flexibility we can offer.

To secure a reservation, a 25% deposit is required at the time of booking or you can pay in full. Reservations may be cancelled anytime within 5 days of booking to receive a full refund. After 5 days, deposit is non-refundable. Deposit is non-refundable if reservation is within 5 days. This policy is in place due to our limited inventory and the fact that our products are often reserved well in advance for various parties and events, sometimes even weeks or months ahead.

Better Day Party Rentals reserves the right to cancel any reservation or part of a reservation due to factors such as inclement weather, unsafe or unclean conditions, unfit area or unit, or any situation that poses a safety risk or is not in the best interest of the company or customers.

The rental period begins at the agreed upon pickup time and ends at the designated return time. Any extension to the rental period must be approved by Better Day Party Rentals in advance.

Better Day Rentals assumes no liability for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that may arise from the rental, use, or inability to use the yard games. This includes, but is not limited to, lost profits, personal injury, or property damage. We strongly recommend that children are supervised during any and all games rented. Do not climb, sit, or stand on any of our games. Any injuries or accidents arising from the use of the games are the sole responsibility of the renter. 

The rentals will be provided in working condition and thoroughly tested before being rented to the next customer. During the rental period, the renter bears complete responsibility for the yard games. This entails using the games appropriately and taking measures to prevent theft, loss, damage, or misuse. The renter will be held financially accountable for any damage or loss resulting from their actions, and a fee starting at $10, depending on the extent of the damage.
